This program focuses on improving base running speed, rotational velocity profiles (for throwing & hitting), and defensive footwork. We use sport specific plyometric and footwork drills to improve for competition as well as small sided games to reinforce transfer to the sport.
Sessions are 60-75 minutes twice per week.

This program focuses on improving base running speed, rotational velocity profiles (for throwing & hitting), and defensive footwork. We use sport specific plyometric and footwork drills to improve for competition as well as small sided games to reinforce transfer to the sport. Specific speed training is used in each session to improve base running speed. Each member gets specific mobility and pre-hab drills to improve performance, minimize injury risks, and maximize performance.
Full access to our nutrition lab is offered with custom dietary suggestions pre workout, intra workout, and post workout nutrition.
Sessions are 90 minutes twice per week.
Each athlete will get monthly performance profile testing as well as evaluations on imbalances and injury risks. Custom pre-hab and injury mitigation exercises will be given to athletes.
