SPEED
designed to improve athletes through the 4 phases of sprinting by focusing on each segment. Athletes will perform loaded, unloaded, skill, and competitive drills each session. This helps build LINEAR game and track speed.
STRENGTH
101 - our experts teach the weight room movements Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift with the goal of transferring to sports and getting stronger overall. Whether your athlete can lift 60 or 600 pounds we've built a system to get them both stronger.
102 - our experts teach the weight room movements Front Squat, Strict Press, and Hex Deadlift with the goal of transferring to sports and getting stronger overall. This sessions involves more of a repitition focus and less of an intensity push.
POWER
designed to improve athletes through the 3 phases of JUMP PERFORMANCE BY focusing on each segment. Safe landing techniques and full body power drills are done each session as well. Athletes will perform loaded, unloaded, skill, and competitive drills each session. This helps build explosive and jump abilities for sports.
AGILITY
designed to improve change of direction by working through a 12 month change of direction protocol. Specific footwork patterns essential for offensive and defensive change of direction are taught. Skills are sharpened using full speed constrained drills. Each session ends by pairing up and competing in small sided games (SSG) to solidify the newly practiced footwork for their sport.
